Hello everyone!
Just a short note that I wanted to share about getting involved with Norwex. I was made aware of my mother having the Makeup Removal Cloth Set #306100 from Norwex line of products. Kathy from her church had given her a gift of these patent product cloths containing Silver (BacLock). Great products! I had come across these Norwex cloths before because, I had been given a gift of one of them; the Norwex Kitchen cloths #307212, from a dear friend last year in December for my birthday.
Now, while I'm in Minnesota to see my Mom and other family, which this was my second trip in 2015. My trip lasted from September to November. The first one was with Bob and Rustin, and as some of you know that our son, Tristin, joined the Army Reserves and left for Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri in July. Tristin missed our summer visit. The trip from September was just myself going to visit and being with mom through a lot of scheduled visits and such. Well, this visit and time period was when my mother ended up in the hospital (2) times for yet another battle this trip.
This was also another prayer filled journey we were all on... I mean ALL...because, of all the prayers from many prayer warriors. We thank you again, for all the love and support!!! Needless to say, that a dear bible study companion and friend from my parents church that I visit when I'm in Minnesota and is one of those ladies who is in my mothers life. Kathy is a prayer warrior herself, she is one of the gracious volunteers that when mom has to get her pain pump filled at the MAPS Pain Clinic in Maple Grove, MN, she rides with my mom. When my mother takes these 2 hrs one way rides (4Hrs total of just riding time), plus hours of the other prep, mom needs a volunteer to sit next to her as she is on a gurney and this person helps with needs.
I will explain why my mom has to ride down on a gurney. We spent years of care like staying off of the wound and limiting mom's time up and for these rides because it's a lot of road bumps and pressure, all the different therepy, money for certain product I was sending from Arizona. So, just as we got it healed... they sent a regular van that she had to ride in her chair and these were doctor orders (and mom has such a weakened constitution)...that it broke open from that one ride, it set us all the way back, time and money. This ride had put her up in her wheelchair for sitting upright too long with pressure on the wound, plus when she got back they kept her up for another 3-4 hr period. Awful. This bed sore wound is deep (we are now at 4 1/2 yrs), it has tunneling also.
Last year was a long haul of a 2nd bed sore wound and my mom was septic. I was away for 4 months in 2014. This is all due to the paralyzation, it is a constant battle.
We pray that one of these days that this will heal up. We also keep praying for the doctor and nurses to be open and aware of helpful new products, care and that this situation never becomes just stagnate. But, we also pray along side those prayers for Gods will and our obedience. You don't now how many times I hear that a nursing facility can be shut down by the lack of cleanliness, rotation, her food and nutrition or understaff and all those care issues. They have a great staff at Pleasant View but we can say it's been a long haul and many challenges and changes and we continually pray about all these needs and continual positive changes! Please keep all of these issues in your prayers offered up to the great physician!
Some of you who read this are probably saying...what is this all about...
My beautiful mother, Barbara who had been out riding her bicycle and had an accident going over the handle bars that left my mother paralyzed and disabled. This journey occurred on April 17th, 1994. All of this changed her life forever and our family.
Now heading back to the conversation where I was sharing about one of the dear ladies who volunteers. Anyway, we got talking about Norwex. Ironically, Kathy used to be a nurse and knows also all about germs and antibacterial side. The amazing benefits of Silver.

I wanted to purchase my mother the toothbrush and I have to tell you there is no other system to clean your windows (CHEMICAL FREE), then the beauty of their Basic Package (1505) two cloth system.
So, with chronic nerve pain, my mom needs a person to come and give her shoulder and arm massages for a natural alternative to help relieve pain. I signed up / kinda, for my mom like I was saying, and I said I would called this my "KimMarie's Hope in Ministry" for Minnesota. My mother regained HOPE through all of the health issues by the persevering through with PRAYER and hands on CARE and strengthened her faith.
I left a catalog with my mom which is down at the nurses station and at any time you can see all the great items and how they work. Then in the convenience of your own home, place an order and have it shipped directly to your door!
